All funds and plans purchased for use in Fairleigh Dickinson University Dining are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. Meals may not be bought or sold, and meal plan holder must accompany guest when using guest meals. The Fairleigh Dickinson University Dining funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Fairleigh Dickinson University Dining funds and plans are non-refundable and will expire on the last day of the fall semester. Unused add-on Flex Dollars or Fairleigh Dickinson 1Card Dollars will roll from the fall to the spring semester, and any remaining balances will expire at the end of the spring semester.
Fairleigh Dickinson University Meal Plans and Flex and Fairleigh Dickinson 1Card Dining/Grubhub funds are non-refundable. Unused Fairleigh Dickinson University Meal Plans and Flex and Fairleigh Dickinson 1Card Dining/Grubhub balances tied to meal plans expire on December 21, 2022. Unused add-on Flex and Fairleigh Dickinson 1Card Dining/Grubhub dollars roll to the spring semester and expire on May 16, 2023.
Refund Policy:
All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
