The Bridge Café offers all members of the FDU community a place to connect with food and each other. Featuring:
- Freshens Food Studio, offering fresh-made salads, rice bowls, wraps and their signature smoothies.
- Upper Crust flatbread pizza
- The Drop, our campus “Ghost Kitchen”, where students can place a mobile order (kiosk ordering is also available) from one of several concepts, including B + F grilled burgers and chicken, Pardon My Cheesesteak, TLC (Tenders, Love and Chicken) chicken fingers and sandwiches, and coming soon, Jack*s Burrito.
- Sushi, grab and go, snacks, and beverages.
The Bridge Cafe is open for late night service every Tuesday and Thursday.
